We offer single rides, recurring rides, handicap-accessible rides, group transportation, and prescription pick-up services to meet the diverse needs of families.
3. How do I schedule a ride or consultation?
You can easily schedule a ride or book a consultation by filling out our online form or contacting us directly by phone or email.
4. Are your drivers trained to work with children with special needs?
Yes! All of our drivers undergo background checks and specialized training to ensure they understand how to support children with autism and other unique needs with care, patience, and professionalism.
5. Do you provide transportation for medical appointments?
Yes. We safely transport children to and from medical appointments, therapy centers, extracurricular activities, and more.
6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a ride?
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Short-notice cancellations may result in a charge.
7. How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the distance, frequency, and type of service. Please contact us for a personalized quote based on your family’s needs.
8. Do you offer transportation outside of Houston?
At this time, we primarily serve the Houston metro area. For locations outside this area, please contact us to see if accommodations can be arranged.
