Mom Making Moves LLC provides scheduled, door-to-door transportation services.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds:
Refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been scheduled, as routes and staffing are planned in advance. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

​

No-Shows:
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
