Mom Making Moves LLC provides door-to-door transportation services for children with special needs, including but not limited to rides to therapy, school, extracurricular activities, medical appointments, and prescription pick-up. All services are subject to availability and require prior scheduling and confirmation.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking transportation.

• Ensure that the child receiving transportation is accompanied by a legal guardian or authorized adult, when required.

• Notify us promptly of any changes, cancellations, or special accommodations needed.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to full or partial charges based on the nature of the service.

Recurring ride schedules must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability.

4. Safety & Conduct

The safety and comfort of the children we serve is our highest priority. We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue transportation if behavior or circumstances present a safety risk to the child, our staff, or others.

All drivers are background-checked, trained, and held to the highest standards of care and professionalism.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for transportation services must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety and reliability, Mom Making Moves LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
